1、被清洗的零件要整齊地放在運輸帶上，不許壓在滾輪上。
1. The parts to be cleaned shall be placed on the conveyor belt neatly and shall not be pressed on the roller.
2、在運輸帶上，被清洗的零件不能堆得過多，以免影響清洗效果。

3、葉類蔬菜清洗機工作后，被清洗的零件不能停放在運輸帶上，按停止按鈕，使全機停止運行。

4、清洗液應定期添加水和一定比例的金屬清洗劑以補充消耗，使液面保持在一定高度，如果清洗效果達不到規(guī)定的工藝要求時，應全部更換清洗液。
