　　1.使用前要接牢地線，防止漏電。

　　2.用清水加洗潔精洗刀片或用青菜來回切，把刀上的油清凈，用水沖凈菜渣，即可在加料。

　　3.使用時，先起動電機，然后再加料。

　　記住使用切肉片機前，大型切肉機請先用溫水清洗干凈，不要弄濕電機。使用切片機時，先開動電機，看刀片轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確。大型切肉機如果逆轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)馬上糾正。用完后，先關(guān)掉切肉機電源，將可拆除部分拆下，用熱水洗干凈，然后裝上，大型切肉機低。開空機甩水份，再涂上食用油即可。需切肉絲時，先將肉切成片后，將肉片橫向切肉片機再切一刀即可。
